Pennsylvania's Human Television creates uplifting pop songs for the newbie hipster; nothing in their sound is shockingly experimental, but they still manage to introduce pleasant music that sounds truly original. These guys have that rare ability to put their listeners in better moods. "I Forgot" is an instant favorite.
