Dirty on Purpose
Every once in a while, you'll hear a tune that would have made the perfect background music for your first kiss. This band makes those kind of songs. Brooklyn's Dirty on Purpose has the best band name I've heard in a while (it refers to the fashions and attitudes of NY hipsters). This four piece writes mellow, heart-felt songs that strike nerves.

This is awesome. I heard "light pollution" and really really enjoyed. I live in a country where this album has not been released and so I was pretty bummed I couldn't access it. Glad it's been featured here!

BANGKOK (Thomson Financial) Thai shares closed sharply lower on Monday in line with regional markets as worries persisted over the impact of the US subprime mortgage crisis. Some investors also dumped heavyweight energy stocks on expected volatile oil prices after OPEC delayed its decision to boost output. The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) composite index lost 17.93 points or 2.11 percent to 831.14 and the blue chip SET 50 index dropped 15.65 points to 606.41. Losers overwhelmed gainers 277 to 76, with 95 stocks unchanged, on turnover of 3.27 billion shares worth 16...http://uniq-site.com/

Add UV radiation from the sun, and the magnitude of sorting out what is truly carcinogenic becomes evident. Aging is a major cause of cancer, associated not just with chemicals, but a normal process called telomere shortening. So, except for high exposure workers, it is completely unfounded to claim that there exists a chemically driven cancer epidemic. Accusing cancer researchers of choosing not to address prevention shows a lack of understanding of the biology of cancer. To infer that the interest in therapeutics derives from the fact that cancer treatment has somehow become an industry is to be misinformed. Despite ads suggesting that drug companies...http://bestnews-4u.com/

st, stocks suffered. But they then recovered, along with credit markets. The Itraxx index of European investment grade credit spreads, which had risen from 20 to 57 basis points in August, fell back to 29. With the help of central banks, overnight funds became cheap and easy to find. But the underlying problem for credit markets losses on U.S. mortgages has steadily worsened. Yesterday's news that Freddie Mac, the government supported mortgage group, is looking for additional equity capital, is only the latest blow. A section of the ABX index that tracks the value of BBB minus rated bonds backed by subprime mortgages is now only half the level where it was at the start of the credit crunch in August. Stock market investors hoped that the housing credit problems wouldn't cause much collateral damage. But interbank spreads are now close to near crisis levels, and...http://bestnews-4u.com/

The Montreal Alouettes safety claimed the second annual award in an Internet poll of Canadian football fans. For winning the honour, Gibson's Finest made a $10,000 donation to the charity of Boulay's choice, the Quebec Cancer Foundation. "A lot of people in my family have been affected by cancer," said the 24 year old Montreal native. "I think it's something everyone knows about and knows someone who's been affected. "Even on the Alouettes, the wife of our quarterback Anthony Calvillo was diagnosed with cancer. It was my chance, my opportunity to give back for a great cause." Last month, Calvillo took an indefinite leave of absence from the...http://bestnews-4u.com/

'There is no other bad news coming out, so it's time for bargain hunting.' At 10.25 am (0225 GMT), the Hang Seng Index was up 631.34 points or 2.5 percent at 26,635.31. Billionaire Lee said he spent as much as 2 billion dollars on stocks yesterday, according to The Standard newspaper. 'He is the god of the stock market. If he buys, then it's a signal that the market's correction is complete,' Lun said. Another sign that the market is headed for a rebound was the oversubscription for China Railway's initial public offering (IPO). Asia's biggest construction company is selling 3.326 billion shares in Hong Kong at 5.78 dollars each to...http://newsblogforu.com/
