2007 Plug Awards
The 2007 Plug Awards took place last night at Irving Plaza. David Cross hosted the event, which was packed with live performances from Stephen Malkmus and the Jicks, Silversun Pickups, EL-P, Deerhoof, and Tokyo Police Club. I love The Pixies but there has to be a better DVD from this year than that? The sporadic live footage is great but a vulnerable topless Frank Black is not. We did not need to see that!
